Effect: Serenity charges energy to her hands and releases them from her fingertips. The energy turns into Lightning and shoots out toward the enemy. Almost inescapable.

History: Serenity, while in captivity, had gain skills and knew how to use them right away. Xemnas was one on the main people who was helping her control her skills but he was only seeing her as a weapon that will only get stronger.
