Here is the way my Application Grading System works...
All together their are 40 points and 10 Extra Credit for Each Reccommendation. So here is how the Grading System goes...
higher than 45 - 45 points - A+++
45 - 40 points - A++
40 - 30 points - A+
30 - 25 points - B
25 - 20 points - C
20 - 10 points - D
10 - 0 points - F
