Rikku hurls another water gem at the negator and it brakes again, both Serenity and lulu cast thundra on it once and the machina finally brakes down and crashes. Brother comes out the top and screams at Rikku, then jumps out and takes off with a bike of his own that was parked onto the back of the crawler. He drives away from them as the machina explodes. "Unfortunate turns of events but I still have to take Serenity with me." The guado says as he brings one of the bikes up to her. "My lady." He says, motioning for her to get on. Serenity turned to the others and gets on, both of them riding off. Rikku runs to one of the bikes and gets on. She started it up and brought it close to Lulu. "The guado is going to get Serenity killed, I am following behind just in case. Lulu, you can get on this one, Daimos i am sure you can manage that one yourself. Serenity told me about you so I know you can do it." Without another word Rikku started it up again and drove off, Lulu sitting behind her.

Daimos looks down at the bike then sets it upright. He gets on then starts it up, revving the engine twice then speeding off after them. A few seconds later, He caught up to Rikku and Lulu. "So I take it now you're going to ask to be Serenity's Guardian too, huh? Well that's good I suppose, the more the merrier." He pauses then looks forward. "I can't say I exactly trust Seymour, there's something about him that's...unsettling. And I can't say I trust the Guado either...we'll just have to see how these events play out." He says then speeds up a little. They arrive outside the temple entrance and get off the bikes. Daimos walks in first followed by Rikku and Lulu. They walk in a see an icy bridge leading to the temple, which hangs beneath the ice. They walk across the bridge and stop at the main entrance to Macalania Temple. He looks over his shoulder at them then walks into the temple.

Rikku and Lulu enter the temple next. "We should get to the Fayth. Thats where Serenity will be praying. I am not a guardian so you two will have to go down there, alone." Rikku nodded to Lulu and takes Daimos' hand. She walks to the chamber with the trials and a man stops them. "This chamber is for Summoners and their guardians only." The man said halting them. "Thats just it, we are guardians. Our summoner was taken here by a guado and now we need to get back to her. She has long blue hair, wearing a back mage suit with gold on it." The guard stopped her and decided to let them in. "Don't lose site of her next time." Rikku nodded and took Daimos in with her.

Daimos walks with Rikku into a wide hallway and looks around. He sees another opening across the way and starts to walk towards it. When they are nearly to the end, the hallway starts to flash then they both turn as run as the hallway begins to vanish around them. They get back to the other side and look back, seeing that the hallway is gone and reveals a room with stone columns in the center. Daimos scratches his head and looks around. "Well...I suppose we'll have to figure out a way to get over there. It probably has something to do with that room down there. Let's go." He says then begins to walk down the newly revealed ramp on the left side of the hallway. They get down to the room at the bottom and look around. Daimos sees another opening on the left and walks over to it. He looks down and sees a wide ledge next to a seemingly bottomless bit. He steps back then looks around the room. He looks at a podium and sees something shining on top of it. He walks over to it and sees a crystal blue orb. He picks it up and looks at it. It feels cold in his hand. "I wonder what this is...could it have something to do with the bridge?" He thinks out loud then begins to look around again.

Rikku walks around studying the area. "How would we solve this puzzle? It looks way to hard. The guado must know it by heart or something to make the both of them already gone and through it." Both Rikku and Daimos then started to think for a long time. Pushing the pedestals with the spheres placed on them in certain ways and such. The two got angry with it and started to do what ever the hell they want to figure it out. Rikku gave up and was found sitting my the sealed door as Daimos continued with the puzzle.

Daimos looks over his shoulder at her then shakes his head and looks down at the orb in the pedestal he's standing near and the one he's holding in his hand. "I know it has something to do with these damn spheres....but what I don't know. Maybe if I..." He walks over to the wall and puts the sphere in his hand into the wall. A section of the bridge above him reappears suddenly. He looks up and grins slightly then walks back over to the pedestal. He looks down into the room below. He takes the sphere from the pedestal and puts it in the wall next to the opening. An icy bridge suddenly appears. He walks down the bridge into the room below and looks around. He looks and sees a palely glowing green sphere in the wall. He walks over to it and picks it up. He inspects it then turns and is about to walk back upstairs when he sees the base of the column. He inspects intently and sees that there is a circular groove on the side and the bottom section is the same height as the pedestal. He narrows his eyes then shrugs and walks back upstairs with the orb.

By this time Rikku has considered herself insane and started to bang her head on the icy wall. "This is going to take forever. By now Serenity would have left with Seymour. The two of them having a child and, and, Spira being saved by the two. Both of them getting married." Rikku said, reminiscing on and on.

Daimos looks at her and glares then looks back at the pedestal. He looks at the orb then looks around the room again. He walks back downstairs and walks over to where he got the green sphere. He looks a little to the left and sees another indentation and a pedestal with another crystal blue sphere. He looks down at the green sphere then puts it into the indentation under the pedestal. The pedestal slowly rises to the floor above. Daimos walks back upstairs and looks around. He sees the new pedestal and walks over to it. He takes the crystal blue sphere from it then walks over to the center column. He puts the sphere in the indentation, causing another section of the bridge to appear above him. He grins slightly then walks over to the pedestal near the ramp. He stands looking at the sphere on top of it in deep thought. He suddenly gets an idea and pushes it down the ramp. It slides down and locks in place under the first column, making the last section of the bridge appear. He grins smartly then walks back up to the first room. He walks past Rikku without saying anything and walks into the antechamber.

"No way! You did it?" Rikku said standing up surprised. The both of them walked into the Prayer chamber and looked around. "There." Rikku said pointing the the end. "Thats where she is. By the looks of this she is also still in ther..." Just before she finished Seymour cut her off. "What are you two doing here? I said I will be taking care of here, that way you wont have to worry about doing a poor job."

Daimos stands between Rikku and Seymour. "We're her Guardians, and we've been doing a damn good job so far! Now where is she Seymour?!" He demands and steps closer to him. Seymour snickers evilly and turns to walk away. He stops in front of the door to the Chamber of the Fayth then turns back to them. He snaps his fingers and two Guado guards appear next to him. Daimos narrows his eyes and draws his sword. "Fine then, if you want a fight, then that's what you'll get!"

"Ah, of course. 'Protect the summoner even at the cost of one's life.' The Code of the Guardian. How admirable. Well, if you're offering your lives, I will have to take them." Seymour said as Lulu came running in behind them. "I can't stand to let you take these people from them. You will die right here." She said, but from the back the doors to the Fayth opened and Serenity walked out. She looked at them all and joined her friends. "Seymour, can't you see that by coming here they show they care a lot about me? Why can't you leave me in their hands. Rikku, Daimos and Lulu." Seymour wasn't listening anymore and the Guado guards casted protect on themselves and Seymour cast shell.

He says and tightens his grip on his sword. It begins to glow palely then he charges at one of the Guado guards, preparing to do Armor Break.

"Just concentrate your attacks on Seymour if they keep healing." Lulu said as she casted thunder on Seymour. But just as quickly as the bolt hit him one of the guado guards used the potion on him. "Steal them if all else fails." Rikku said, running to one of the guards. She kicked him back and snatched one of his High-potions. Seymour casts Thunder on Daimos with excellent force.
